​All Youth Winter Training sessions are 2 hours 30 min

OUR APPROACH

Our Youth Winter Training is tailored for athletes 9u - 13u wanting to prepare for their upcoming spring season and tryouts.   Small groups are created based on age/skill level to best allow our athletes to succeed.

​

​Hitting: Focus on establishing a swing foundation using tees, front toss, machine, and Live ABs.​

Pitching/Throwing: Creating a strong/healthy throw, build up progression, bullpens/Live ABs.​

Performance: Introducing/building athletes with youth-based workouts to create body awareness and understanding importance of the weight room in sports.
