​​Program Details:
​1 Skill Session: 1 hour of Hitting OR Throwing/Pitching, plus 45 minutes of performance training.

2 Skill Sessions: 1 hour and 45 minutes dedicated to Hitting AND Throwing/Pitching, followed by 45 minutes of performance training.
