WHAT WE OFFER
Our Remote Throwing program includes a full movement and throwing assessment, individualized plyo care drills, movement correctives, arm care, and a weekly throwing plan designed to maximize stress and recovery. The Remote Performance program features a detailed movement assessment and individualized strength and conditioning built specifically for overhead athletes, delivered in a 4-day structure with ongoing movement correctives and weekly adjustments based on physical and environmental factors. Our Remote Throwing & Performance option combines both for a fully integrated development plan, offering consistent communication and adaptable programming to maximize long-term performance.
