Lincoln and Griffin lead all remote training at The Shed Athletics, combining throwing expertise with strength and performance.

Lincoln, a former Augsburg University pitcher, advanced to Head Coach at NIACC where he set the single-season wins record and earned ICCAC Coach of the Year. He has coached across all levels, sent 50+ players to four-year schools, and was invited to the Texas Rangers Coaches ID Program. He now drives throwing development with a focus on biomechanics and pitch design.

Griffin, a former NIACC pitcher, turned his own injuries into a passion for biomechanics and performance. Certified in Applied Biomechanics and as a Certified Throwing Athlete Specialist (CTAS), he has trained athletes from youth to the professional level, specializing in developing durable overhead and rotational athletes.

Together, they deliver a fully integrated remote system that helps athletes move efficiently, refine their skills, and perform at their highest level.
