At The Shed, we are dedicated to fostering individual growth by embracing a holistic approach to player development. Instead of a one-size-fits-all model, we focus on personalized assessments and continuous improvement throughout the winter, spring and summer.
Our tailored programs address throwing, hitting, and strength training needs. With our experienced coaches committed to achieving high performance, we are fully prepared to tackle any challenges your son or daughter may face during the season.
2025 Spring Training 2x week Performance
Don't lose all your hard work from this winter's training. Our 2x Performance option allows athletes to continue to lift during season, while managing workload for in-game performance priority #1. Keep getting stronger this spring with In-Season Performance options. Program runs March 23 - May 18 (4/20 Easter OFF) $125 Deposit + 2 payments (3/15 and 4/15)
