FALL TRAINING

OWN YOUR DEVELOPMENT.
The Shed Fall Training programs are designed to align with each athlete’s specific goals. This includes athletes preparing for the offseason, those competing in fall baseball, and those balancing training with other fall sports. Athletes who complete fall training before winter consistently achieve the greatest progress. Sessions are offered Sunday mornings and afternoons, as well as Wednesday and Thursday evenings.
Hitting: Build a better swing and approach to succeed in games.
2–3x/week (1 hr)
Swing & approach development
Underload/overload bats, plyos
Rapsodo & Blast Motion

Pitching & Throwing: Improve arm strength / capacity and movement efficiency.
2–3x/week (1 hr)
Personal drill selection based on movement limitations and position type
Week to week regulated throwing program

Scripted bullpens (in-season)

Strength: Develop baseball specific strength & power.
2–3x/week (45 min)
Individual Movement Correctives
Individual plans based on movement assessments, season, and training age
Strength & Conditioning designed to meet the demands of baseball
