At The Shed, we focus on building the foundation and skills needed to succeed on the field. Our one-time session is ideal for athletes looking for extra reps and guidance, while the five-pack offers more hands-on coaching with structure and intentional progress each session. The ten-pack includes a personal development plan with drills and movements tailored to address on-field limitations. Simply choose your option, select the instructor who best fits your goals, and schedule your sessions.
