PITCH/THROW DEVELOPMENT 

Developing adaptable, high-level arms through a fully individualized approach:

  • Programs built around position, schedule, and on-field demands

  • Biomechanical assessments to guide mechanical refinement

  • Targeted drill work to address specific performance goals

  • Rapsodo tracking to shape pitch arsenals and monitor progress

  • Bullpens and Live At-Bats for pitching preparing for spring success

  • Workload management to keep arms healthy and improving

  • Consistent feedback with small player-to-coach ratios

HITTING DEVELOPMENT

Building hitters who can adjust, compete, and drive the baseball in any environment:

​

  • Every athlete receives own Blast Motion account to assist in individual swing plans and video analysis

  • Movement pattern training for a repeatable, efficient swing

  • Targeted drill work to improve adjustability and bat-to-ball skills

  • Rapsodo/Blast Motion feedback to track key performance metrics

  • Approach and pitch recognition training for better swing decisions

  • Live At-Bats preparing for spring success

  • Workload planning so high-intent hitting aligns with high-intent strength work

  • Small player-to-coach ratios for consistent feedback and quality reps

2 WAY PLAYER PROGRAM

The Shed’s 2-Way development is built for athletes who impact the game on both sides of the ball. Programs are tailored to position(s), schedule, and the demands of hitting and pitching/throwing, with the goal of building adaptable players who can perform in any environment.

Using biomechanical assessments, swing and throw analysis, Blast Motion, and Rapsodo data, we target individual goals, manage workloads, and refine both pitch arsenals and swing patterns for the next level.

​

Strength training develops the mobility, stability, strength, and power needed to handle the game’s demands, with programming regulated weekly to align high intent skill work with performance readiness. Train with one of the best player to coach ratios in the state, in an environment built to push you on the mound and at the plate.
