OUR APPROACH
The Shed Athletics Summer Program runs from 6/9 - 8/15 and focuses on small group, individualized training tailored to each athlete’s needs, whether you are in season or fully committed to development. At the start of the program, every athlete completes a movement assessment, giving us the information needed to build more informed and personalized programming.
Pitching: 1 to 4x week options available. Includes individualized throwing programs adjusted weekly based on constraints, customized plyo drills to address mechanical deficiencies, integrated arm care routines, Rapsodo access for pitch data and analytics, and Pro PitchAI for full biomechanical assessments.
Hitting: 1 to 3x times per week options. Focuses on individualized swing development and drill selection, supported by Rapsodo and Blast Motion data and analytics.
Performance: Strength and conditioning programming built specifically for baseball athletes, with individualized modifications based on movement assessments and correctives to build durability and movement quality.
