OUR APPROACH
The Shed Athletics Youth Training Program is designed to lay the foundation for long-term athletic development in younger athletes. This program focuses on building essential movement, throwing, pitching, and hitting skills for our Youth Athletes. To complement the skill work, our Youth Speed and Strength Program is offered twice a week, helping athletes develop the physical qualities needed to meet the demands of baseball. The summer speed and strength sessions emphasize building general athletic qualities that create a strong foundation for future performance on the field.
